minor hiccups
disinterested staff improper curtains
the hotel location was really convenient as it was close to the train station.
I was not happy that reception staff seemed disinterested. They did not volunteer any helpful information. the room also lacked proper curtains. i didnt have much privacy because the curtains didnt stretch across the entire window.

convenient location helpful staff renovated beds poor elevator awkward entrance
the hotel location was convenient. it was close to restaurants and the central station. the staff were friendly (i found them helpful). the room and beds were recently renovated.
the entrance looked more like student accommodation. i found the elevator system setup poorly. you had to press the call button, then walk around a corner to another elevator.
